Jet ski rentals involve inherent risk. Every rider must complete our safety briefing and sign a liability waiver and rental agreement before launch; riders under 18 require a parent or guardian signature. Rick's Aquasports is a licensed and fully insured Florida rental operator. Rentals are subject to weather, tides, U.S. Coast Guard and Florida FWC regulations, and may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion when conditions are unsafe. The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period as set out in the rental agreement.
